Required Documents for USA Tourist Visa

Documents Check List :-

• Original Passport with 10 years validity along with minimum 02 blank pages for visa stamping.
• Two Passport size ( 50 X 50mm ) photograph with 80% face focus.
• DS160 form along with Appointent Confirmation letter.
• All Financial documents, last 06 months updated bank statement, last 03 years ITR, 06 months salary slip if employed.
• Invitation letter if someone is inviting.
• Occupation proof along with related documents.
• NOC letter from School or Employer if student or employee.
• Ticket Itinerary.
• Accommodation proof.
• Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

Please Note :-

1. Interview Appointment letters : You must schedule two appointments,one for the visa interview at   the Embassy or Consulate and one for the Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC).
   a) You need to be present at the US Embassy or Consulate where the Appointment for the Visa Interview is scheduled.
   b) You need to be present at the Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC) for the second appointment. This appointment will allow you to go to one of the five OFC locations to have your fingerprints and photo taken.
2. Personal appearance is Mandatory
